The government’s prohibition of marijuana is unconstitutional and must be repealed. Like speech or suffrage, how citizens choose to treat their bodies is a civil liberty. The body is an individual’s most intimate and important property. It is unconstitutional to control how citizens choose to treat themselves.

The Libertarian in Me
By heart I am a Libertarian.
I feel as though NO governing body should determine what is right for me and my family. Now I know some people will attept to use my previous post against me but honestly if the government were to suspend all amendments basically legalizing every personal choice. I would be for it.

Restriction of Civil Liberties
Civil liberties are freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights that protect the citizens of the U.S. from excessive government interference. However, during times when national security becomes first priority, protections can be limited or taken away entirely from the people they protect unless government is given more power to ensure safety.

National Security
Are you scared right now? Do you feel that at any minute a plane is gonna com crashing through your window? I DONT!! This is why i always cringe when i hear about small Acts in congress or some new rule allowing the president to declare war without the Congress. Have you heard of the Patriot Act?
