Chocolate lovers are all over the world, and it’s a common thing to love because it depicts love and affection. I’m sure many of us have bitten into a delicious piece of chocolate that and felt momentarily lifted.

Wal-Mart

So Wal-Mart and I have a love-hate relationship. I love shopping there and getting more for my money. Since I am a high school senior who is desperately trying to save money for college, Wal-Mart is good for me. On the other hand, I do not like the way in which they go about making their prices so cheap.

The World Cup, Starbucks, and Child Prostitution

In 1998, the FIFA World Cup in France said that it would not buy soccer balls made in child labor facilities. As well, Starbucks makes it possible for customers to buy "free trade coffee" which possibly came from child labor or "fair trade coffee" which is a little more expensive but came from a reliable source that doesn't enslave children.

GAP Company and Child Labor in India

One of the GAP subcontractors was using children as workers in a factory in India. Now the company is taking full responsibility for what happened but put blame on its subcontractor, whose relationship with the company had been "terminated". GAP stated that all of the clothes these young children made will be destroyed and will not be put up in store for sell.
