Your bra is killing you. Literally.
I love my bras. I love the support they provide me. I love the way they “secure” my “assets”. In fact, I love my bras so much that for years I have worn them to bed because it was more comfortable. And besides, how many girls want to risk gravity taking its toll a few years too early and leaving you with saggy breasts?
Buy a Bracelet, Save a Life?
October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness month, has just passed. In the spirit of "giving back", many stores are making new merchandise to lure buyers into purchasing these products with the guarantee that the company will give a percentage to breast cancer research.

Fat People Love McDonalds
"What?!"
That's the reaction I'm hoping to get from that audacious title. In my defense, I don't believe this, but we all have fallen prey to agree with a body conscious stereotype at one point in time.

Breast Cancer Genes
Cancer. It seems so prevalent. Or it does to me, considering both my grandmothers have gotten breast cancer, making it more likely that I will one day get breast cancer as well. And considering going through my news feeds, about 1/4 of the topics are about cancer in some way, shape or form. Two things are making me write this blog now. First, a study that just came out of Israel about BRCA genes (I'll get to that later, don't worry), and my shadowing experience on Monday.
