Another milemarker in the road (or 2 years of ProgressiveU)

I have a tendency to be one of those people who says what she means and means what she says. There's nothing wrong with that, but I've realized lately that things I said when I first joined ProgressiveU two years ago or even things I said last year aren't necessarily the same way I view things now.

Lower the Word Count for Blogs!

Tagged:  •

I personally believe that the Progressive U organizations should lower the word count for blogs that have to be posted. I believe that blogging is getting your voice out there and start the debate between people. Blogs are usually usually short and a paragraph or so. I blog for a newspaper where i live, i have to lower the word count of my blogs so the whole blog will be published in the paper.

Do video sharing sites like You Tube encourage violence and crime? To what extremes would one go to earn themselves a few minutes of fame?

Blogging for the sake of writing everywhere

Tagged:  •

As all of us bloggers here at progressive U know, blogging can be a tool for "progress". While I'm no expert, whichever way you define progress, blogging keeps ideas flowing through our keyboards to just about anyone. It forces us to think through issues (not just think about) to form opinions of our own. Just like milk, it helps us grow!
