I believe that there are criteria that should be used to decide if a marriage should happen.
I believe that the two people in question should love each other; that the union is done to please only the two involved, not any outside parties; that both parties should have to undergo a test of sorts, to determine their maturity levels.
Firstly, I beg that the impatient folk waiting for me to get to a point with which they can disagree might bother to lend me their ears rather than their fervent beliefs.
I have always wanted to know, what exactly is wrong with being homosexual or bisexual and why people are so against same sex marriages. I have heard that somewhere in the bible it says that it is a sin for a man to lay in bed with another man. The thing is, I have never been shown the verse/s that say such.
Let me start out by saying I AM NOT GAY.
However, let me continue by saying I AM NOT STRAIGHT.
I have nothing wrong with GLBT people. I have friends who fall into one or more of those categories, and I myself am bi. This is just a blurb on one thing I’ve noticed in my area, and my opinion on it.
One thing I have never quite understood is the discrimination against bisexuals.
I would understand that straight people would be just as opposed to it as they are to homosexuals but when someone who is gay discriminates, there is something wrong.
First of all, homosexual and bisexual activity was very common before the Christ God ever came around, especially in ancient Greece. Some societies looked down upon it, but it wasn’t until the rapid spread of Christianity that homo and bisexuality was really seen as something terrible.
Have you noticed that in life there's always someone out there
making comments towards people that are gay? Not good comments but like
hate. It's stupid, I have a few friends that are bi's and lesbians, and
I'm okay with it, but it disturbs me when someone says being that way
is not right. Who is that person to say what one can be or not to be?
