Ahhh.. 9 years. Thats how long i have playing my beloved sax... and im glad. why because for those nine years i had training and mentors to help and guide. I was always a fan of instrumental music because i told people it relaxes you itmakes you smarter. well wouldn't you to my surprise as soon as i register my lil cousing for music in the 6th grade they tell me they don't offer the class. WHAT??

Bandos Unite!!!
I was in Winter Guard class the other day and our coach was telling us how Band and Color is and has been on the chopping block for many years and our Guard class will probably not exist next year. I was in shock that they would even consider cutting the Band program (for people who are not part of Band, Color and Winter Guard are part of that same program we are a family).
