2008 Presidental Election

Listenin' to Devo today and whatdya know. I got a gut feelin'. Mighta been more of a blister in the sun. We'll see if this idear catches fire like sawaboof's arm, which apparently stripes one's eye like a candy cane.

I am sick of racism. By that, I don't mean just the KKK, Skin Heads, and other such organizations. I'm sick of the NAACP, United Negro College Fund, and those organizations. Why do we care about race? All I hear during campaign is how "Obama is getting the black vote." "How can Hillary get the black vote?"

Why does the color of your skin matter to your political affiliation?

Please withdraw from the race for a democratic nomination. It's just not your time. You need more experience to help lift this country from the pit it's dug itself into. I am not saying that your dreams of going to the white house shall be completely erased just postponed. The truth is I think you would make an amazing vice president right now.

I was watching the presidential Texas Democratic debate between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. I was surprised to find that Hillary was not being aggressive in the debate, but rather she seemed to be backing off. Has Hillary given up already?

I was recently listening to a popular political radio personality in Atlanta, Michael Medved. On the show he had mentioned something strange that has been occurring at a number of speeches by Illinois Senator Barack Obama's on the campaign trail for the primary election. At a number of stops, he was seen standing and speaking when suddenly in the front row, a woman would faint.

Apathy is defined by Merriam-Webster's online dictionary as a "lack of interest or concern." People can be apathetic about many things. Personally, I’m apathetic about video games. I could care less about what trigger buttons do what thing, and when people talk about video games, I have a tendency to zone out. Don't get me wrong, I can tolerate them, but it's more of a personal preference.

Ok I was thinking... if America is so democratic, can we choose our own candidates for this year's election? I mean, who decides that these guys make it and your Average Joe can't run. The reason... money!

This is definately a troublesome election coming up next year. So far neither side has been able to produce a candidate that I believe accurately portrays the rapidly approaching future of America. They all argue as if there is so much to disagree over, but even the liberal side that is suppose to be so progressive seems to be grasping the conservative side of issues.
