The $100 Presidency

Tagged:  •    •    •    •

I've recently been debating my Mother on Campaign Politics. She received an email from some family concerning McCain's family and that got her to talking over the news this morning which was going on about the debt incurred by Ex-Presidential Candidate, Hilary Clinton.

So I raised my opinion: I want a presidential candidate that can run as a SERIOUS candidate with $100.

Election 2008

This is what bugs me about the elections. I see mainstream media biased and look for dirt gleefully on one candidate while ignoring wrongs by another. You look at what happened to HRC. She got snowballed. There are somethings that bother me about Obama which makes me look at McCain more as a viable candidate.

Do I want to foil Barack Obama's Presidential Election in Nov 2008? (From the lips of Hillary)

Well, no, obviously. I just want to give him a challenge. I desire nothing more than to pick him apart issue by issue. Especially on the issue of free trade (NAFTA), because although I think it excellent in theory, I don't support it these days. In fact the accusation that I ever dug such a policy is bonkers.

How is Barack Obama like a handbag?
He's stylish and looks good on your arm.

Considering the flack she caught for this statement:
"I'm a big fan of accessories, I'm married to one."

Is experience or change going to be the key?

I can see the benefits of both experience and change. Experience is a great thing for a politician to have because you know that they have some idea of how to achieve their goals because they have done it long enough to gain that experience.

The Audacity - and raw ache - of Hope

A little less than two years ago now, I made a post in anguish. I was in anguish at the state of our country. I was in anguish, then, because I despaired. I made that post as a desperate, helpless plea - a plea from a sixteen-year-old girl begging for a hero.

Hillary Mocking Obama

Tagged:  •    •
So I'm sure that many have you have seen the recent clip of Hillary Clinton scolding Obama as if she was his mother. She yells at him and seems to get more and more motivated as the crowd cheers her on and then shouts that she will see him in Ohio. Fine!
