Man eats DOG?

I am all for artistic expression.

I'm all for animal rights and ending animal cruelty.

But today when I read about a British artist who ate a corgy to protest the Royal families fox hunt earlier in the year, well I was disgusted.  First off, EWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!! Ok now I feel a little bit better.

What's age but just a number?

I just turned 18 this weekend, and I feel the exact same mostly, not that I expected to feel very different.  I graduated right after I turned 17, I have a job where I am the youngest person in my department and I have never really spent that much time with people my age or younger so if anything, I have felt like an adult for a while now.  So what's the big deal?

I'm pretty sure I'm a Girl....

Actually I am one hundred percent sure that I'm a girl, but I kinda wonder exactly what it would be like to say something like that.  How do you explain to everyone who loves you that you might not be the person you were born as?  I actually had a long talk about that this weekend with a friend of mine and I find myself still thinking about it, probably because it has become something so

I am one of the many children who have grown up in the era of the American divorce.  So when I saw the title to this article I thought maybe there is hope for those of us who are not married yet.

What ever happened to just being angry?

I was still young when the Columbine shooting occurred, and even though I live in a state where there has been three high school shootings in the last decade or so, I was stunned by what happened at Virginia Tech.

I am part of a growing group of Americans, that of the multiraced.  I am black, white and Sri Lankan.  All of my life I have been asked "what" I was and now I am tired of giving an answer.
