      I recently read an article about a councilwoman and her ambition to close the many fast-food eateries along a corridor in the city. Her claim was that the fast food restaurants were in a low income are of town and that the people don't want them there but they have no other viable choices.

         I've been working at a hardware store for a while now during my vacations and each day is seems as there are more and more customers that come in on crack. It's like Newman's description of the post office in Seinfeld. Each time they come in more more crazy, flipping off for no reason.

When I went to Europe about three years in a class trip, I noticed something that I think many people might have noticed as well. It wasn't intentional or accidental it is just something that stayed on my mind when I came back from the trip. The foreign interest in American culture, pop and or any other. The interest in it is something that I saw in almost all the youths I met in Europe.
