The passing of Jerry Falwell has resulted in many different feelings across the country. Many people are wondering how he will be remembered. I think that the most significant legacy of the late Reverend is how he used modern technology to bring Hatred to Christianity. Read More »

Farewell Falwell
The New World View
I am not the person I was a year ago. I'm not even the person I was a month ago. Every second that information enters our body through our senses, we become a new person with different ideas, different ways of percieving and interacting with our environments. Read More »
Internet Wasteland
The internet is a frontier. Vast, seemingly infinite, a bit lawless, and a place where fortunes can be made and lost. It can sieze the imagination and the mind and at the same time rob and malign you.
This website is a perfect microcosm of what the universe of the Internet is. Flashes in the pan. Pop starts, and fads, a quick idea that generates a bit of momentum taking it to one level beyond one mind, and carrying with it a few, mabye lots of minds. But it is average. Mediocre, and only strives for the benefit ultimately of one. Sometimes a few, but the rest of those who bought into the idea, are left in the dust playing with some friendly tumbleweeds that blow in from time to time. Read More »
The Evil of Christianity
Jesus was one of the greatest teachers in human history. Marriage Solution
There is one simple solution to the whole Marriage debate in this country that would solve the problems for everyone involved. Get Government out of the Marriage business all together.
Marriage is a very personal and often sacred or religious type of an arrangement. There are people who marry one time and some who marry many different spouses over a lifetime. In other countries there are same sex couples and in yet other countries there are mulitiple spouses. In some places more than one wife or husband is a normal marriage arrangement. Different religions have different practices, and thus the multifarious directions a marriage has taken throughout history. Read More »
Meat is Murder... But Sooo yummy!
There are problems with eating meat from farm animals.
One of the biggest problems is the toll it takes on the environment. Pasture lands gobble up lots of the earth's surface that could otherwise be forest or home to other wildlife. Runoff from animal farms can also be highly toxic to the local water table. Also, one of the major sources of greenhouse gasses especially methane, is believe it or not from farm animals. Finally, for the environmental arguement against meat, is the fact that feeding the animals enormous volumes of farmland plants to get such comparitively small quantities of meat, is a very inefficient use of our natural resources.
