The Holidays

My only problem during the Holidays..... is charity events. Everywhere you look someone is ringing a bell and saying donations donations... donations... and don't these people realize that every store you go to has one of these dudes in front of every store? This guy looks at me like.... so are you going to give a donation? I just told the guy... I already gave a donation. (Which of course I didn't.) Honestly...  Read More »

Baseball is hyproctical when it comes to steorids and HOF

Cal Ripken Jr also consumed performance enhancing drugs. I've pissed you off right?  Well think about it.  Just because his name was not put in Canseco's book that means he's innocent?  Just because he never took a drug test and therefore was never caught - does that mean he never took any drugs?  Of course not and for all we know he did an  Read More »

Top 5 Reasons why Carolina will beat Philly tonight

5) Desperation brings out the best in Delhomme

Carolina Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme has fallen short of the huge expectations that were on his shoulders at the start of the season, and now there are rumblings that coach John Fox is ready to give backup Weinke a shot.

Fox has predictably denied the rumors, but Delhomme knows the heat is on.  Read More »

Is Mike Shanhan overrated?

This is the 3rd week in a row I have watched his moronic decisions.  It is absolutely apparant that he and his coaching staff have ZERO concept on how to manage the clock and they also often get confused about game strategy. If you are going to call a timeout to kick a FG on 4th down - WHY DONT YOU LET THE CLOCK TICK ALL THE WAY DOWN????  W  Read More »

More NFL Week 13

Since we're talking about .500 teams, what can you say about KC?  They talked all through the game about how Herm was worried about this game.  Why I'm not really sure, seeing as how the Browns couldn't find one person to match up on Tony Gonzalez all day.  But he was, wide open, and they lost anyway.  Great for the Browns, at least for their confidence, but if Charlie Frye is out for extended time, you really probably want to bet against this team.  I liked Derek Anderson in preseason, but watching him today was an exercise in watching him stare down his receivers.  Sooner than later that's going to get him picked off four times in a game.  Read More »

NFL Week 13 Review

There were a few things that really jumped out at me today, but I want to start with the worst team in the NFL because they were five turnovers away from helping me out with a really big payday.  Oakland is quite possibly the biggest collection of dimwits, misfits, and inbred idiots this side of that ranch near Crawford, Texas.  Yes, I'm bitter.  Yes, I bet them.  But you lost to a team that had minus five yards passing on the day.  They had NEGATIVE PASSING YARDS FOR THE GAME.  Just for that, you should actually have to draft places taken from you, not given to you, you miserable f**kers.   Read More »

Rebels at it

Three places in the World had rebels.

The Highlands of Scotland, Yugoslavia and Afghanistan.

I say "had" because the 250,000 highland population was finally defeated by the British Empire about 1750-1800, previously having seen off absolutely everyone in recorded history since the Romans.

In WW2 Yugoslavia was the only place in europe that the Germans invaded and never conquered, like Afghanistan, its population is measured in the millions.  Read More »

Vince Young making me eat big time crow

Young is far and away ahead of bush. That i will guarantee. he is a QB with a winning record and beating good teams like the giants and colts.

COlston needs to get healthy and continue putting up big numbers or else he will also get passed by young.

Remember young will be the fancier pick for the voters if he continues to play this well.  Read More »
