Ok, just moved into an apartment with 2 random roommates. Neither are here often. One won't talk to me at all and will go out of her way to ignore me. The other is nice, if its just us talking.

So, Saturday night before classes start. I've been up since 8 am because of a meeting...I fell asleep around 1030 pmish.
So at about midnight, I get woken up by like 5-10 SCREAMING, DRUNK-ASS KIDS! Like, yelling, juping up and down, running down the hallway outside and ramming into our front door...
IT'S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX! there are at least 12 other people in this building. I know it's college, I know classes haven't started, but why do people not have any respect for anyone?!?!?

Ok, I'll admit....the gay marriage debate has been beaten to death, more than Anna Nicole's paternity test.

BUT...today, in the Science Times section of the New York Times (I don't have copies, look it up if you don't believe me...don't want to type up all the articles, don't have an NYT membership), there were several articles that suggested that gayness is INHERENT, not learned.  Read More »

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for positive self image, but how much is too much?
