I'm sure most of you all have heard about the new casting of James Bond. This time around it won't be a dark and handsome type, no their going for Daniel Craig who's awesome performance in "Layer Cake" showed his stylish side and leading man capabilities. I just read that in the Philippines the City of Manila has effectively banned the showing of the Da Vinci Code. Reports say that, "the movie is undoubtedly offensive and contrary to established religious beliefs which cannot take precedence over the right of persons involved in the film to freedom of expression."

Thousands of villagers return to the slopes of erupting Mount Merapi, they are fed up with staying in camps and nearly 2,500 have left the safety of the camps and returned to their homes. Officials say that the peak of the volcano is still very dangerous and could blow at any time.   I ask you would you do this? What are people thinking who live in a places prone to natural disasters? They know their going to happen, and not just once! Why do they do it? I'm not just talking about these people I'm talking about all people who live in these highly dangerous areas? How do you know you have to much money? When you take a classic Black 1974 Lamborghini Countach and put it on your wall in your house. That's what millionaire Richard Moriarty had done the other day. He had a crae lower the mint condition car through his sky light window and had a team of men bolt it to his wall. The had the engine removed and transformed into a 200mph coffee table! I heard on the news that their trying to pass a new law in Mo. where land lords have to the right to evict non married couples. Have you all heard about this? Talk about stepping on our civil rights, I wonder why their trying to pass this? I bet its a conservative plan to attack Gays and Lesbians since their not allowed to get married their. I'm constantly hearing people gripe and moan because illegal immigrants are coming to America and stealing our jobs. Wait their stealing them? I think the bigger problem here is that many of us Americans have gotten to lazy to do those kinds of jobs. What kinds of jobs are they stealing? The ones we basically quit doing. The low paid, hard manual labor. The truth of the matter is if we rounded up all the illegal immigrants and kicked them out of the U.S then our country would shut down because until we change our welfare system and ideologies about work in general someone has to do those jobs. Did you all hear about this this high school teacher that asked his students so write and essay about who they would kill and how they would get away with it? This happened in St. Joseph Mo. recently and just made the news today. Apparently one of the students parents found out about the assignment and complained to the school board. I've been told by several Christians that I've desecrated by body because I have tatoos. I heard them say that the body should be treated like a temple, and that by desecrating it the way I have I won't be able to pass into heaven. So I ask, what about circumcision? We are cutting away skin from male babies everyday in this country! I'm NOT saying that all Christians are circumcisized, but many and I mean many are. This practice has been common for many, many years.  If God is perfect and he in fact created our bodies then why are so many religious people doing this?  I don't mean to pick on Christians, its just all of the people who have commented on my tatoos where Christians. This argument goes for all religions who are against desecrating the body but still practice circumcision. I know that their are some faiths where circumcision is a part of it, and in some faiths so is tattooing, body piercing, etc. So this obviously dosen't include them.  Read More »
