First, one caveat- while I have a little background in genetics, I stopped my studies after Organic Chem, and am certainly no expert. The following are my views based on anecdotal evidence- the people I’ve met, and their understanding of their own and other people’s sexuality. I’m a generalist, and certainly no expert. I believe that human sexuality is largely genetically influenced.

Two years ago, my church began partnering with a local elementary school to supplement their after-school program. The school was only able to provide the program for children with working parents two days a week. We provide the program for two more days. After school, the children are tutored, fed a meal, and play in a safe environment until it is time to return home.

I have no empirical proof that Christ exists. I have no empirical proof that my great-grandmother existed, but I certainly believe she did. I will try to set forth three pieces of evidence that Christ exists. This blog will not be helpful for anyone who believes God cannot exist. But perhaps someone who admits the possibility of the Christian God existing might find something useful here…

My friend John is an atheist. I was once an atheist myself; but being dissatisfied with the gaping holes in atheistic philosophy, I looked at several world religions and studied Christianity. I became a Christian based on the results of my study. One night, John and I were talking about various pieces of evidence for Christianity, and he told me they weren’t enough to convince him.

With all of our advances in communication, new technology coming out every month to insure that we will never have to lose contact with a single person we have ever met, many hail the new technology as a way to stay connected.
