Valid question of pro vs con

   So as I was reading a response earlier I was reminded of the quote "If pro is the opposite of con then is congress the opposite or progress?"  I may have the wording backwards, but it still means the same thing.  I have always found this quote to be a bit annoying really.  But this time I actually took a second to step back and actually think fully about the question.  Is con
