Today in class we discussed how young was too young for prison. I feel anyone under the age of 11 would be too young to be incarcerated and they should be held acording to their own maturity level.

a kid is a blank slate until you write on his board. If he is raised with love and compassion he would learn love an compassiion. If he raised with drugs, mayhem and murder he learns that as well. I wonder how one second of the wrong choice can change your life forever. I am reading more and more about corrections for class. I have read about people who are in prison and more and more women are there for crimes of passion and battered womens syndrome then there have been ever before.These women didn't see any other way out but to kill their men and instead of seeing it as self defence the law sees it as you can kill him when he's beating you but not when you feel its safe enough to run. They don't know what a man like that does to you. He completely breaks your spirit until you submit to him knowing if you don't its a matter of life or death. Wow for a second when I saw the comments on my blog I was actually offended. But you know I think I made my point huh? The one comment about fat people being lazy is exactly my point in case. She looks at all fat people as lazy.Interesting.

I think people that fail to educate themselves on why people can become fat are lazy.There is major illness,depression,diabetes,metabolic syndrome,PCOS which I happened to be blessed with. Well its 4 in the morning and my entire house is asleep. My 5 year old is out, my teenagers are out cold as well and me on my spring break as their mom continues to scout the web for scollarships so I can stay in school and work with juveniles like my children.

See I never used to belive I could do anything. I was a fat obese  housewife who got pregnant too soon and quit school in the 10th grade.
