Usually take an afternoon nap from 12:00 to dinner time just because I have nothing to do. But recently I have noticed something very strange about waking up from these naps. About 75% of the time when I wake up I am in a complete panic; cold sweats, breathing hard, paranoia, completely scared of everything.

Waking up Dead and Sleep Anxiety

My body is turning into jello. Plus: Schizo or Not you decide!
I have never been athletic or very strong but there have been times when I could run for miles and do push ups until doom’s day; this is not one of those times. I barely leave the house and almost never exercise. My legs are numb and have almost no sign of muscle. I cannot even begin to describe where my four-pack went.

Have you ever thought about your Internet Footprint?
Millions of social networks, forums, and accounts all requiring a username, password and email. I usually use the same username or a variation of it; Simmons, Dr. Simmons, DocSimmons, etc and I think of all the information I have put on the internet.

The Threat of Obesity
I read this article in today’s Washington Post about the problem of obesity. I thought the problem of obesity was actually quite funny, people eating themselves to death and what not. But this article pointed out that if too many people are sick and going to the hospital the U.S. could face productivity problems.

The President Does NOT Control the Economy!
I am sick and tired of people looking towards presidential candidates and the president for economic solutions. Some where along the line the American people started looking for the answers to domestic problems on a federal level; “Who is going to get me out of debt? Who is going make sure my kids go to college? Why the president of course!” WRONG!!!!!
