I think everyone using ProgressiveU is American so I won't be hesitant to say, you know the price of healthcare. It is outrageous right? That isn't a question, it is a fact that it is expensive, the question is; what should be done about it?
How often do you hear someone talk about global warming? A lot right?
Love can mean different things to different people, it is practically impossible to define, here is a collection of definitions that I think can try and define different meanings of the word love.
1. An attraction based simply on ones sexual desire
2. Love is the feeling that only one person can give you, that feeling of comfort and safety.
On Thursday October 20th, 2005. Tori and I went to the Pittsburgh Mill Mall. We tested our experiment on 30 people. We tested 15 men, and 15 women. At the mall we took turns on crutches at the entrance/exit doors and tried to see whether or not people would open the door for us. While performing the experiment, we took pictures as evidence.
The topic of nurture verses nature is an ongoing debate. Nurture is the way you are raised. While Nature is the way you are born. Some people think that nature is a more important part of the way you develop, and no matter where you are raised, and what you see…you will be a particular way. Other people believe it is all in the way you are raised, or nurture.
Day care is a controversial topic; some people think it is good for their children, while others feel it isn’t. Although scientists have been researching the effects of day care on children’s development for years, they have never found one conclusive answer on whether or not day care will be beneficial or detrimental.
Today I took a poll. The point was to see what people would choose to read more, and what they enjoy to read more. I was unable to find one definate answer for either of the questions, and all of the people I asked had valid reasons for their point. Tell me what you think? These answers can help us all!
