So yeah I was watching the debate tonight and I realized that McCain would seethe and laugh at Obama. His blatant comment, "I am not Bush, if you wanted to run against President Bush you should have run four years ago," struck me by surprise because here a 72 year old man was giving attitude. His comment is not plausible what so ever.

Today I read on AOL News about the mother who is accussed of pestering her 13 year old daughter's ex with nude pictures of him that she will post on the internet. Blatant threats laced in hundreds of emails. True this mother sounds outright crazy but another thought rose in my mind: Why are 13 year olds participating in pornography?

I was listening to my good friend Tasy giving a spech on free will and it made me ponder whether we do, or do not have free will. Are we governed by our own mind? Or are there chemical processes that control simple tasks - instincts persay that delineate quick response to outside forces? I also wondered - do institutions control free will such as religion?

My AP Literature teacher was lecturing us today on the importance of writing rather than test taking.

From an economist's point of view this is a horrible move. The market should work itself out correct? But how much time will that take?

I am sick of it. I'm sick that my brother who, no offense, has worse grades than myself gets cut so much slack when it comes to doing household chores. I may sound like a complaining kid who doesn't like to do her chores - but it isn't fair how men get things off so much easier. I may be generalizing but its been true in my life. I am expected to do so much more than my brother.

Sometimes I get dismayed by my mother and the collective of Americans who refuse to vote for Obama just based on the detail that he is black. It is unfair for them to judge so severely. To criticize a man that has overcome obstacles, a man that is here with the honest and genuine purpose of helping our country and more importantly the people of America.
