I am taking a sociology class in my highschool and we are doing a huge project in which we are to look at a big problem in todays society, study the causes, effects, taking place of, factors, and results.  My group has chosen "exploitation of women".  This topic, slightly touchy and controversial without a doubt, hopefully will provide all of society with a new view on women in todays society.  It is already believed that many women are abused, harrassed, double standard, and mistreated, but does anyone have a reason or solution for this.  Many blame it on men- how they treat us women, yet our project is leading to also show that women play a large role in this.  We are looking at media and advertisment influences,restaurants (such as hooters), job place, promiscuous dress and actions, and pornography.  I am going to post a few questions that i would like you to answer as a part of our research.  (a survey if you will)

Well yesturday i had my wisdom teeth pulled and i dont believe i have had this much pain in a very long time. i had all four pulled with surgery on the bottom two and extensive work had to be done on one of the top ones also. The fourth came out fairly easily, according to the doctor.  This also means that 3 of them have stiches in them.  Im sure many of you have experienced wisdom tooth pain so i am looking for any suggestions as to how i can make it heal faster or make the swelling go down more.  Im running out of ideas, and the pain isnt running out yet!

Well this is my first blog and im assuming its going to be pretty exciting getting into this.  I can already tell its no facebook or myspace thats for sure. the change will be nice.

 right now is just a busy time- getting all of my college aps and such in for the 2007 year.  Scholorship aps are also taking up a lot of time.  THis is all not evn mentioning my classes and work invovled, extracurriculars, and sports.  Hectic time to say the least.
