"Castration" Dungeon

This is probably one of the weirdest stories I have ever read! Where do people get ideas like this? Has anyone heard about the three men that were arrested for running a clinic where they performed castrations and testicle replacements on unknowing, but consenting clients? I mean seriously...who in the world would do something like that? There are some really disgusting people in the world!

Really...What's wrong with young marriage?

Tagged:

Young marriages...I guess I'm kind of biased toward this topic because I'm a 19 year old female and I've almost been married a year. I live in a part of the country where being young and married isn't a problem. Actually, it's more of the majority here then the minority...so that could also help the reason I don't feel so bad about being married young.  However, most of the country doesn't think the same way about it that I do. There are those people that think that it is wrong to be married so young because of reasons such as "you're too young, you don't know what love is," "you have so much you still need to do in your life," "what about college?" "are you sure you love each other?" etc etc etc...you all know what I'm talking about...

The Right to Death

Tagged:

So I recently read a post on the right to death. I decided to post my own thoughts on it. The right to death is something that's very controversial. We all know that everyone has their own beliefs and thoughts on it.  However, I'm the type of person who finds herself torn on the situation. Sometimes I hate the idea of someone suffering because there's no cure for their disease or disorder (ex: cancer).

Mom accepts $600 for her son to be abused

Okay, this story will most likely scare most of you, and cause you second think why some people are allowed to reproduce.

I found this story on msn.com in their news section and the headline just made me stop what I was doing and I had to read it. This lady from Florida found out that her neighbor was sexually abusing her 7 year old son. She confronted the neighbor and he gave her $600 to keep her quiet about it, and she let him abuse her son again and again after she accepted the money.

Britney Spears Statue Controversy

Tagged:

Have any of you heard about or seen the new statue that's out that portrays Britney Spears laying on a bearskin rug? It's also portraying her giving birth to her son, Sean Preston.  The title of the statue is "Monument to Pro-Life: Birth of Sean Preston."  This statue goes into great detail of a pregnant woman's body: lactiferous breasts, a protruding belly button, widening hips, and the crowning of Sean's head. She is on her hands and knees with her head up in the air.

Immigration in the news

Tagged:

Has anyone heard about what's going on in our country when it comes to immigration? I've seen this issue on the news, in the newspapers, and on the internet. When I woke up this morning, I read an article on msn.com about the issue.  I always knew that immigration was a big issue in our country, but now it's kind of exploding into our everyday lives. Have you heard of Arturo Hernandez? He's one of the immigrants that marched through downtown Los Angeles with his wife and kids for the very first time in their lives.  They marched for the Senate to stop the bill that was being proposed to make all illegal immigrants, their families, the people that are helping them, and everyone they come into contact with, into felons. Hernandez and his family get help from local businesses and their church, so all those people at those establishments would be turned in as well.  They were accompanied by 500,000 other demonstrators for their march through downtown Los Angeles.
