The maternal instinct. The desire to be the matriarch of your own family. It's there. I am only 18 and sometimes I find myself consumed by it. Drug testing, Felon discrimination, and the like.

     I am of the opinion that what I do outside of my job is my own personal business, unless it is affecting my performance at work. I agree that if someone is coming to work twacked out, stoned, trippin', whatever, then a drug test should be taken so it can be used as a definate basis for terminating the person's employment.  Read More »
