That's really not true as far as I know, but I figured with all that Harry Potter drama that, that title would get your attention.

 Really I want to talk about something else. This is a quote that I've have to write a speech about by monday...

 This is a bulletin that someone posted on myspace. It has some great points. Read it, and I'll give my opinion at the end.

So I am all for the Al Gore's plan to make a better world and stop the negative effects of global warming. But I have to wonder if this concert is making things worse instead of better. I mean there is so much electricity and the carbon footprint from this concert has to be huge! I know they did all the little things like provided plates made out of recycled paper and they tried to stick to artists who were already in the area so that they didn't have to fly private jets but still.

Ok, ok don't get all mad. I don't believe that title up there. That's just what my teacher tried telling me today. He's a conservative and usually he's very good at seeing both sides although he of course has his opinions.

I'm not sure why I feel so compelled to comment on the now infamous shooting at Virginia Tech, but I know some things just have to be said.

So i did a debate on this awhile back and I figured I would put some ideas out there to get conversation going.

I just watch a YouTube video about when the vice president came to town. Actually, I was playing a tennis match that day. But I honestly must say I hate politics. Or at least what people do to it. Or maybe it's more i hate protesting? Or perhaps I hate ignorance, and low insults.
