I am a guitarist. I love rock music, and have for a very long time, even though my parents do not approve at all. My tastes range anywhere from Nightwish to B.B. King (technically blues, but, whatever). I'm tired of hearing how rock music is only about sex, drugs, and...well, rock and roll. There are many songs and bands that direct their lyrics and efforts towards making a statement.

Has anyone seen the commercials in the past for a third Cinderella movie? What about the second Little Mermaid? How about the second Princess Diaries? Moving outside the realm of Disney, the second Miss Congeniality? The third and fourth Tremors?

An older, but classic, movie. The main character, Gracie Hart, played by Sandra Bullock, shares the major opinion that I have on beauty pageants.

Recently, it was brought to my attention by one of my closest friends that there is an epidemic going on, while most of us in America sit complacent.

As chick flicks go, I'm not usually a fan. Romance is so highly overrated and redundant. It hardly seems necessary to film it in unrealistic terms. But I do love Meg Ryan, and Hugh Grant, so I decided to try, rather belatedly this movie.

 Peter Pace, a top ranking military official, was slammed for critiquing the plea of homosexuals to be allowed to serve in the military. While he commented, citing his upbringing as the reasons for his beliefs, one would think that Pace would realize he speaks not only for his own personal feelings, but for the entire government as well.

Recently, a friend alerted me to the fact that there is a series being made off of the Geico commercials that run around the concept of "so easy, a caveman can do it". Also, there is a movie being made starring the Burger King from the Burger King commercials. You know, the monarch with the big head.

The Obama and Clinton struggle aside, I've been hearing a lot about the '08 election from the Democratic representatives (and there seems to be more added to the list every day) and even a few independents. But I have yet to hear anything from the Republicans.
