Isn't it funny how hours, days, weeks, months, even years can pass and we can just continue going about our day to day lives, completely consumed with our lives and our selves. We get so busy, sometimes, we don't even take a moment to look around and realise those around us, running this rat race right beside us.
This is just a worship song I wrote one morning. It has a tune, but a rough one, but I like the words. I guess they are sort of a pray as well.

The power of prayer is incredible. Yet, I feel like so many times, especially in my generation (I am 18), we have forgone this amazing provision and power that God has given us. We have such a go go go mentality that we never take the time to spend on our knees just pouring out to God anymore.
I don't know about you, but there are just some days when I get home, exhuasted from another day, and i just feel like I accomplished nothing. I wonder what good I am doing, how my redundant, day in day out routine is getting me anywhere or making a difference in the world at all. What does going to school everyday, then to work at the little resturant I work at do for anyone? What is the point?
Have you ever encoutered a problem that seemed impossible. And every turn you made, every step you took seemed to make the situation worse. Nothing ever seemed to go right. You just didn't understand. Everything was worked out, it was going great, and then you just couldn't seem to catch a break. You felt aggrievated, stressed, confused, and unsure.
As the primary elections are winding down, Republican's nomination primarily locked up, and democrats still in a heated race, voting, politics, and the election has been on everyone's mind, either by choice or media consumption. So many people ignore the primaries, assuming only the party fanatics go out to vote to nominate their party's canidate.
