Blog Rhymes With Frog.

Tagged:  •

Okay, no not really, we blog for more than the fact that we can rhyme it with fun words like "frog" and "analog" it was just a nice way to begin such a thing. Now, I will get down to the nitty gritty brass tacks: Why We Truly Blog.

I've spent my fair share of time on Xanga, in fact, I used to live on Xanga, blog daily, read as many as possible, and most importantly get as many comments as possible. My seeds of labor were well spent, and I reaped 100+ hits a day and 30+ comments a day (If only I could get that here!). In short, I know blogs.  Read More »

Denver's Dumbest Criminal

So there I was at a decent Holiday Inn-type Hotel in Denver Colorado. We had just gotten back from a youth rally and we saw an ambulance and several police cars outside the hotel. We were ushered quickly up to our rooms and told to stay there.

The next day I was given a tour of the blood spots located through the hotel with little explaination of why they were there, so we took our picutures, ooh'd and ahh'd over seeing such a thing (small town kids, okay), but never found out what happened.  Read More »

I decided to further his point I would join "The War on Christianity" which opened up a floodgate of insanity amongst Xanga. I ignited anger from the other members, and received condemnation and prayer from fellow Christians. The absurdity of it all? I added the following explaination of my joining, as well as a disclaimer informing everyone that I was indeed a "Christian" but hated the title. You'll see, just read on. (Edit: This was the original post, not a new one.)  Read More »

I want you to imagine something for me. Imagine you're in a power lifting competition, you are amazingly strong and have always outliften your friends and people around you, so you think this will be a breeze. So you pick up the heaviest weight there, bend your knees, straighten your back, and with massive effort you finally lift this weight, perhaps setting some form of record. You toss the weight down, waiting for the congratulations to follow, but instead you realize they're awarding a medal to the skinny little guy next to you...wait, you're confused, why is this scrawny fellow winning the gold? You inquire why and get this answer:  Read More »

Tyrranical Primaries

During the last presidential election I viciously ignore Noam Chomsky's sage advice and tossed my vote away on Libertarianism, apparently this made me a bad person and thus anything wrong with the current presidency is purely my fault. I digress though, the Libertarian party fell through in Nebraska (naturally) and I was left with non-partisan status. All was well, until the Primaries came around.  Read More »
