In a recent Time article, Joel Stein tried to find a place where he could eat horse.  Now, I myself do not eat horse nor am I a vegetarian, but I found his criticism about our cultural inhibitions to be very true.  As Americans, we are disgusted by the thought of eating octopus, horse, or dog.  However, whose to say that farmers in China aren't disgusted by our hot dogs <!--break-->  Read More »
