As a result of our fast-paced America we seem to be inventing illness. We cannot focus on anything for longer than five minutes, and to cure our impatience we take drugs that dull our minds and erase our personality. Perhaps ADD and ADHD stem from a culture were children are not at leisure to spend more than ten minutes with their parents at a time.

When my math teacher first told me that our country was going into a recession, and that the American dollar was become less and less stable, I didn’t think it would affect me directly.
