In 1978 there was the Supreme Court ruling for affirmative action. Then in 2003 a group of University of Michigan Law School applicants brought a case to Supreme Court about this same ruling.
What is affirmative action?
It could be defined as giving a little more weight to minorities, so that they have a better chance of getting in, but what does this "minority" include.

Two and a half years later.
It is finally the day that my parents are finalizing rebuilding plans. With going off to college I don't know what to feel about this. My parents really need to rebuild, after loosing everything what else should they do? This is their way to start over and have the home, and life, they always wanted.
