We all do it, however minutely. Whether it be looking up the answers for the AP Bio test that is worth four test grades or asking a friend their opinion of what the green light in Gatsby symbolizes, in some way or another cheating is inevitable for high school students.
Ever since our school started random drug testing students in extra-cirruculars last year, I always wondered why not the students who weren't involved in extra-cirriculars. It seemed logical to me, the kids that do not participate in school activities are clearly the ones that need to be tested. The class officers, the captains of the tennis team, the student council members, the Key Clubbers, these are not the students in our school using.
