The Smoking Ban
I live in Ohio. It is one of the states being effected by the "Smoking Ban". There is NO smoking in publically owned buildings or within so many yards of the building. A Little Informal Ranting
So, I just finished up my short paper on a little survey we did.. thought I would share, I'm sure it will spark some conversation.
