Being your average, middle class girl from the Northeast has afforded me personal freedom and a liberal mindset. I have been sparred from some of the more disturbing problems in life - poverty, chronic disease, etc.

But I always find myself under an extreme amount of pressure.

Silence

I never knew what women were going through and I never truly knew what it meant to be a feminist until I took part in the Vagina Monologues.

I haven't blogged since Thursday because for the past three nights, I've been performing in the Vagina Monologues. It was one of the most touching, transformative experiences.

A Scary, Scary Possibility

Somehow, someway, Mick Huckabee is still running under a Republican ticket for to be the President of the United States of America in 2008. After his decisive primary wins in the lower half of the US during February 5-9, he decided he is going to give it all he has.

Does this scare anybody else?
