Regardless of what we think personally, the government has decided it needs to take part in what an individual woman should or should not do to/with her body in terms of pregnancy primarily. My question is why do they care so much?

I remember in the late 90's when the internet popularity was really starting to take off and people were discovering that you could talk to someone across the world in a different time zone. And with the upgrading of the penpal to an electronic version people saught to find other things online besides friendship, like love or sex.

I have a friend writing a paper about the connections between media thoery and film production (industry, etc) She may use Marshall McLuhan and her own film expereinces int he paper, but I wanted to also get some insight and opions from anyone familiar with this topic or your best guess would be int his matter, I appreciate all responses.

I am catholic and I believe and know based on faith that when I die the life I lived must be accounted for. To put it bluntly I beleive in heaven and hell/purgatory, that if someone decides to lead a questionably immoral life they will have to answer or pay th consequences for that life. I personally believe in a higher being and I know there ar people who think that when you die thats it, but I cannot beleive that. Life is such a pwerful force that cannot believe just because your physical form does no exist your spiritual will no longer either. I beleive based on the life you lived your sould will pay the eternal price. I know the subject of the exist of a higher being is contraversial but what I would like to know is if we knew for a fact, unquestionable ther was eveidence to back it up that there was a heaven and a hell would we be moroe conscience of each decision we make based on the afterlife consequences we might face? I would like to know your opinions.

I was talking to my boyfriend and he told me that he heard from some expert who did a study that there are cases of individuals cheating by accident. These people who are supposedly faithful in every way by circumstance had a moment of weakness and ended up cheating on that loved one. Here is an excerpt from an article online:
