The news is not like its viewers. It is not ageist, racist, nationalist, what have you. The news loves EVERYONE because everyone can be exploited for their benefit.

Amoral. Unethical. Troublesome. I don't usually talk to people about polygamy/gyny/andry/amory, since it tends to draw up pictures of Warren Jeffs and child rape. But I've talked to my parents and my boyfriend about it and neither of them mind that I would want to experiment in polyamory, except no one else wants to experiment. So I just kinda of sit on it and twiddle my thumbs like a silly face.

As most people know, I'm agnostic. But there have been moments when I've nearly converted to Christianity. Once because I was tired of hearing it being bastardized and degraded by my own friend (just one) and another time because a touching story from one of my favorite actors made me consider it.

There are three basic tactics for Survivor:

1. Act like an idiot.
2. Form alliances with other idiots, preferably lazy ones who you can conform.
3. Get rid of anyone and everyone who looks like a leader, especially ones who can performs needed tasks that others can't.

I decided a few months ago to change my stance from 'gay-rights' to 'gay-equality'. The change came about when some idiot on Gaia said something along the lines of 'why do gays get special rights?'. The change is more of a.... 'hey idiot, get it right' change than a real significant change it ideology.

I think since I made a small ruckus about the wording of a photo in my Government book, my class has decided to avoid making any statements that might make me turn debate-y on them. But I can feel their tension when we talk about the rights of homosexuals and the reproductive rights of women. Some of them might even cringe when my teacher mentions choice and I go 'woo!'.

Personally, I LOVE reading. LOVE it. I wanna be an author when I'm out of college. Unfortunately, the rest of the world outside my handful of friends doesn't seem to get it.

So, I'm in AP English 4, right? Well, my teacher likes to ramble a bit and in one of his rambles this week he brought up something that happened in his regular English 4 class.
