On September 11, 2001, two towers were hit by a plane that was hi-jacked in New York City. The planes were hi-jacked by a terrorist group called "Al Qaeda". President George Bush believed the the attack was threatning to the American beliefs of freedom and liberty. Sexually active teenagers, drug use, gang violence, pregnant young girls, and the growth of young black men incarcerated are themes used to describe this generation.
