Is the world ok with what George W. Bush is doing with the Iraq war? Do we want John McCain in the White House?

I don't understand what is our current president trying to do with our situation in Iraq. He started this war with the excuse that Iraq had the capability to make weapons of mass destruction. Also, he wanted to capture the terrorist that attacked our country. Currently, we have not found any weapons of mass destruction and no terrorists that attcaked us during 9-11.
