            The United States of America claims to be a nation based on freedom. However, it has a very unnerving tendency to try and outlaw things that make people uncomfortable. Some people, as a form of political protest burn or in other ways desecrate the American Flag. Many people don’t like this because they feel that it disrespects this nation. The political party I most fit in with is the Democratic Party. I’m essentially liberal, although I have some Conservative beliefs and a few more radical beliefs. The people of this country seem to have a big ego problem. We're always talking about how we are the best of everything, how it is our job to ensure world peace, how we are a beacon of freedom, etc. The problem is that it hasn't been the 1950's, when we were THE DEMOCRATIC SUPERPOWER, for over half a century.
