Mother's Day is Today May 14th if you didn't already notice and haven't at least thanked your mom. Alot of people look at Mother's Day as just another day where you have to spend money on something that you don't want to spend money on. The fact is that our mother's do not even get half as much credit as they deserve. Everyday when your mom makes you breakfast or packs your lunch or even if you remember her doing that alot of times we take it for granite. We never take the time to thank our mom's when she does something normal or nice for us. Even George Washington the famous first president said, "My Mother was the most beautiful woman I ever saw. All I am I owe to my mother. I attribute all my success in life to the moral, intellectual, and physical education I received from her." The fact is that your mother was the one who raised you, who stayed at home with you, the one who gives you support when no one else will. I know that my mother was always there for me even when I didn't want her to be there. Honestly, I would be lost without my mother. So today as Mother's day is ending think about how much you are blessed by your mom and how much she deserves that she hasn't gotten. If we thank our moms our families will be more unified because as the saying goes, "When a mom isn't happy noboy is happy." That's just the way it works. Thank your mom today. Buy her flowers. Make her feel like a princess today.
