Can teenagers really be in love?
This is a constant battle between parents and teens. Any teen who has had a boyfriend or girlfriend can admit to the fact that they said "I love you" to someone they dated in high school, whether they meant it or not, or whether it lasted or not.
The United States is one of the most diverse countries on the planet, if not the very most diverse, when it comes to race and heritage. In the past few years the government and many US citizens have gotten very upset and unwelcoming of the illegal aliens (or undocumented immigrants if you want to be politically correct) that come to our country in search of a better life.
A lot of teens and people of all ages really don't take this seriously. You think you live in a safe neighborhood?
The Catholic Church has long been criticized and ridiculed for some of its most important and central beliefs. I now wish to tell you some things about my own faith as a Catholic and as a teenage American citizen.
My favorite part is when one of the women says that the most inspiring thing about Obama is that he’s going to be the President of the United States, not the president and the top ten percent or the president of the biggest corporations or the president of the most powerful lobbyists. He’s going to be OUR president. He’s going to speak FOR US because WE put him there.
