When it comes to sexual exploitation, children are being viewed and treated as criminals by law enforcement and judicial authorities. Countries that view child prostitutes in this manner treat the child in such a cruel manner, up to even killing them. They are not viewed as victims, even with all the previous torture they faced themselves with.
One of my biggest pet peeves would be when people assume I'm Mexican or Puerto Rican soley due to the fact that I'm Hispanic and you can always find me talking in spanish. But that is not the case. I am Colombian and Guatemalan, and very proud to be Hispanic.
It just hit me. Wow, I've pretty much made it. 17 years of my life towards primary and secondary education, all actually worth it. 6 years of my life working harder than the students in my school to prove that I am just like them, except when it comes to our socioeconomic status. 4 years of my life simply love/hating what we call high school.
