Peace be upon you!

I have finally arrived in California for my internship, which begins tomorrow at 9am sharp. Although waiting was a huge part of the process, there was so much to accomplish before I hopped a flight out here. This is probably the most difficult step and although I cannot even begin to cover every little detail, I can let you know a lot of the basics that need to be thought about.

Waging Freedom

We often hear the phrase, "Freedom Isn't Free." What does that mean within a liberal and free faith? What does it mean to pursue freedom of religion, from poverty, the freedom for equal marriage rights, the pursuit of happiness within our Land of the Free? Waging freedom isn't passive - it takes action, dedication, and intention.

That was the question that my biology lecture professor asked us on the first day of his class. It stumped me - especially in a world where prices are going up and people want to get the biggest bang for their buck. So I sat there in the chair in the lecture hall waiting for Dr. Mollick to answer his own question.

A while ago (maybe a couple of years), I decided I want to work at Pixar. I love their movies (Finding Nemo REALLY sealed the deal) and the general energy of the entire company (at least, what I've seen in the behind-the-scenes features) and the level of innovation displayed by their continuous bellwether status in the industry, etc.

I've recently been debating my Mother on Campaign Politics. She received an email from some family concerning McCain's family and that got her to talking over the news this morning which was going on about the debt incurred by Ex-Presidential Candidate, Hilary Clinton.

So I raised my opinion: I want a presidential candidate that can run as a SERIOUS candidate with $100.

This poem goes to the person i really feel about for awhile. Even Though that person cant see me, i hope that person will see me one day that i will always be by that person side no matter what happen.

As months go by

the season will always change

as people change and live goes on

that is true

the one thing will never change

is the feeling i have 4 u right now
