International Baccaluareate, anyone?

For the past four years, my life has been dedicated to strenuous hours of homework. In addition to that, I have had to accumulate at least 150 service hours, maintain a job, and preside over an extremely active club. Up until this year, I hated it. I asked myself every single day why I put myself through this torture. While other students had 2 or 3 electives, IB students had one.

Can there be certainty about a claim that is false?

Certainty is simply defined as knowing something for sure. Certainty may be backed up by gratuitous amounts of evidence through the reason, language, emotion, and perception or it may all just be faith. The word certainty is one that each individual has his own personal interpretation on.

I do not agree with you Noam Chomsky!

Noam Chomsky, an author or many books, once said “...we will always learn more about human life and human personality from novels than from scientific psychology.” At first glance, Chomsky’s claim seems reasonable. To learn more about human life and human personality, one would find that novels would be a more reliable source than scientific psychology.
