This has been bothering me for some time now and I just want to put the question out there: Do you, as students, feel that you recieve the amount of financial aid you deserve?
In my opinion, no. I have fallen through the cracks of this system several times.
So I friend told me about this story recently and I had to say something:

I had a class today that dealt with the effects that divorce has on children well up until their adulthood. Basically, we watched an episode of Oprah in which two popular psychiatrist examined children and adults who parents divorced. Ofcourse the children were tramatized, as most are shortly after finding out the news.
The other night I was out with friends when my friend got a look of rage in her eyes. I asked her what was wrong and she informed that she was mad because a very "slutty" girl was going to be joining us shortly and she didnt like her at all. After a series of questions I finally got the truth from my friend as to why she didnt like the girl.
i was raised catholic, and up until my mother expected me to still be on the 'right path'. however, over the past few years i've come to have no real belief in a 'creator'. i never thought it would be a really big deal to my mom.
