Maybe, people should put their children in sports,or after school activites,make them join clubs,have them be more invovled with their community that way kids will be more focused on that then what happening in the streets where they live. And will most likely not be active in a gang because they've got better things to be doing.

I think Communism should not be allowed in any country.It was and still is in Cuba.one of the greatest killers in the 20th century.100 million women and men have been murdered by socialism so far and still continues today.The first communist party was held in 1975. I think so far it is the most horrible religion of all time.Having a dictator like Hitler, caused many problems ,and many deaths. I hope someday that Cuba will have a better future. I hope that someday there will be no more dictators and the world will all be in peace with one another.
