Ok, let's see if this works. My right hand has been curled tight into a fist for some reason. Yes, I can type. A little slower than normal. And I can use the mouse. Well this is good. I hate pills. My docs says I should be on lots of them for my neurological condition. I am on Medicare and Medicaid. I am sure the taxpayers out there are glad I'm not blowing their money on drugs that don't help and give me horrible side effects. I am only on one, simply to pacify the doc who nearly fell over when I said I didn't want any pills. This med does nothing.  Read More »

Ok, I have been writing weepy entries about my neurological condition. Here is the update: the blood tests were negative. That includes the testing for a rare condition called Mitochondrial Syndrome. Don't ask me what that's about. I don't have it so I don't care! I don't need to cram more useless info into my head. Anyway, I won't see the neurologist again until March 10.  Read More »

If you read my last blog, you will know that I am waiting for the results of blood tests to determine if I have a rare neurological disorder. I called the neurologist this morning. The secretary said that my results are sitting there, but the doc has to discuss them with me. Not good. If the test were negative, the secretary would have told me herself.  Read More »
