The easiest thing to do is to fight. Raise a fist. Brandish a weapon. Fight to the death. There is much appeal in the call to arms. A war is final. One side will win. I am a healthy 25-year-old woman and when I got bronchitis in January I learned how awful health care in America is. Teaching creationism in school
I recently read an article by The Associated Press that talked about creationists seeking a foothold in European classrooms. The largely American phenomenon of trying to infuse the words of the bible into school curriculums is gaining steam across the Atlantic. The story disturbed me.
