18 - 25 aged voters not voting?

I have been taking a government class and one of the facts I learned along the way is that voters aged 18-25 are the least likely to vote in an election. For all of you who are in that range, have you voted? If you havnt, why not?? and for all of you who arnt in that range, why do you think they dont vote? I dont see why we worked sohard for the right to vote and some of us dont even use it.

How much is enough for Prom? How expensive was your prom?

Teenage Pressure to Mature?

I don't know about you, but as I have grown up, I was always told to be the "young adult." I even took that phrase to the letter so much that I feel like I have not experianced the best of my childhood. I never got in major trouble, I was always studying and working, and I rarely ever went out to play. It wasnt even till I got to Highschool that I got some good friends. Do you think that we put too much pressure on today's kids that they no longer have a childhood at all?

Utopia...Can it exist?

Tagged:  •
Many of us all wish that life was perfect, in otherwords, a Utopia. In my class recently, we have been discussing out ideas of Utopia. Some ideas clashed, and others worked well, but many of us, surprisingly, thought that the only method to achieve Utopia was to brainwash! When I think of Utopia, I think of the Walgreens commercial, in a sense...everyone is happy, doing what they love to do, a

Peter Piper...

Why is it that we have so much trouble saying tongue twisters such as "Peter piper picked a peck or pickled peppers, a peck or pickled peppers Peter Piper picked, if Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, how many peckled peppers did Peter Piper Pick?" I understand that it has something to do with the fact that we repeat similar sounds, but is the difficulty in our mouth repeating words, or in our brains where it takes longer to process another word then it does for us to say it, therefore coming out like scrambled eggs?
