Let's dissect the baloney the came from the Clark County Democratic Party via the Associated Press, and insert some more facts:

For those of you who don't know, Mensa is a worldwide high IQ society. It is meant to be composed of the smartest 2% of the population, and their goal is to...wait, what is their goal? According to the international Mensa web site:

"The original aims were, as they are today, to create a society that is non-political and free from all racial or religious distinctions.

So, I've noticed that the two major assembly line style Fresh Mex restaurant chains here have adopted positive business principals. One, Chipotle, has focused itself on being enviro-friendly, while the other, Zaba's, has focused on healthy eating choices. This is my plug for both and my plea for organizations to adopt similar business outlooks.

Recently, there was a pretty big story in the U.S. media about levels of formaldehyde in FEMA trailers for Katrina refugees. FEMA, activists that they are, have been studying the issue for one and a half years. The substance, at higher concentrations, is a carcinogen and can irritate eyes, skin, and lungs, and possibly do further long-term damage.

Following is something I wrote the day before the Nevada Presidential Caucus. I'm posting it late but before the contest to show that I care about the Progressive U community more than just when there's money available. Although that incentive helps.

This is a short blog with two purposes. First, it's an announcement to the ProgressiveU community that I am not dead, just tired. Stomach flu and a huge personal, professional, and volunteer to-do list has sidelined me. I promise some good content soon.

This blog probably will not cheer you up, so if you're looking to be positively motivated, don't read this.
