Kids Bop makes me sad inside.  The fact that are 11 such albums makes me not want to be alive.  Read the list of songs sometime.  Notice that a lot of these songs little kids really, really shouldn't be singing along with.  Which implies that these kid friendly versions have been changed from their original versions.  So... parents can't take the initiative to monitor what their kids are listening to or be strong enough to say "no you can't listen to this until you are older" to their spoiled little brats, so they have to rely on a company to ruin the integrity of a song (and this is working under the generous assumption that it isn't over-commercialized corporate BS, but good music with artistic vision) so their kids can listen to all the cool music that's on MTV (which should really be the subject of a post for another time).  Read More »
